Position Summary:
Provides and directs Physical Therapy services to patients including treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physicians’ orders. Adheres to applicable principles and practices of Physical therapy, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations. Supervises Aides and Physical Therapist Assistants.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
1. Master Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Successful completion of the Licensing Examination for Registered Physical Therapists.
License to practice physical therapy assisting within the state of Kansas
