Responsibilities include:
*Maintaining apartments and grounds *On-Call duties
We seek the following qualifications:
*One year related experience and/or training *Knowledge of building equipment, building codes and building systems (HVAC, plumbing and electrical) in health care facilities *Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and associates at all levels of the organization *Work experience in water cooled heat pumps *Valid State driver's license *EPA and HVAC certification preferred
