Key responsibilities include: 

• Monitor resident care staff's job performance.
• Conducting associate performance evaluations, and coaching/counseling associates.
• Monitoring staff in administration of medication.
• Observing residents' health status, taking actions to address concerns, and reporting all significant changes.

We seek the following qualifications:

• Must have one  (1) year experience preferably in a Memory Care or Assisted Living setting.   
• LPN (or new grad RN) with management experience is required
• Requires computer skills and proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
