Responsibilities include:

• Supervision of self-administered medication to residents following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Report any change in resident's health and provides proper documentation to the LVN and/or Assisted Living Manager.
• Respond quickly to all emergencies. 
• Maintain close communication with staff members. 
• Serves as resource person to other staff
• Serves "on-call"nd is responsible for providing staffing coverage

We seek the following qualifications:

• Ability to professionally represent Brookdale Senior Living
• High School Diploma or (GED) required.
• 1 Year related experience preferred.
• Experience working with elderly and memory impaired. 
• Medication Technician Certification required. 
• Will consider students currently in classes for CNA, LPN or RN
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in LTC, Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• DPW Administration Class required
