·Knowledge about dolls and collectibles, or eagerness to learn about this industry, required

·Retail or sales experience preferred

·Point-of-sale (POS) system or cash register experience a plus

·Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with excellent interpersonal skills

·Ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service at all times

·Flexibility is a must, as some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required

·Ability to work well individually and as part of a team  

·Supervisor will need to be proficient at scheduling and managing a sales staff/team
